Shipping And Handling: Due to shipping costs varying from country to country depending on weight, size and value of each parcel we charge the shipping at our cost.

Delivery Schedule: We will aim to dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt, if we have the order in stock. You will normally receive your order within 3 working days. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either e-mail or telephone.

We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order if you so wish. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges: All orders are inclusive of all UK/ European Union taxes. 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country.

All international deliveries include Copy Invoices notifying customs of the goods contained within the package.
