We offer a variety of delivery services to suit our customer’s needs. UK dealers can choose to have your order delivered to your store, or have your order drop-shipped straight to your customer (please call us on the number at the top of the page to arrange a drop-ship).  For more information on our range of delivery services please see below.

 

UK Delivery

 

We offer a FREE standard delivery on UK orders over £500 net, as well as other recorded delivery services to UK addresses.  Please see below for full details of our UK delivery services and prices:

Important points about delivery

 

  • Signed for deliveries

 

We use signature services for all our deliveries. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when on the checkout page, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s address.

 

  • Special instructions

 

We cannot provide postman and couriers with special delivery instructions such as "If I am out please leave behind shed".

 

  • Part order dispatch

 

We are running a live stock system but in the eventuality that there is a stock error we won't charge delivery more than once! If your order contains multiple items and there isn’t an item in stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and then dispatch the other items as they come into stock.

Returns – 14 Days

 

At Climb-Out it is our priority to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund in original packaging along with the date or purchase.  Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. 

 

Returning your item by post

 

To return your purchase by post, please state whether you would like a refund, exchange or have a warranty issue. Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase or what is the problem if it’s a warranty issue, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, please ensure item is in saleable condition (in original packaging).

Warranty Items

 

Here at Climb-out we pride ourselves on our after sales service and we offer warranty replacement for all of our products.

On receipt of your goods, if they are definitely faulty, please send back to the Climb-Out Returns department.  If you are unsure if you have a warranty issue or you just need some technical assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If your purchase is outside our 14 day returns period but within the manufactures warranty period we will repair or replace the item(s) as stated in the manufacturers warranty guidelines.

On receipt of your goods we will carry out a warranty inspection & aim to contact you within 5 working days of receipt.

Please note: We will always need you to send back the original item for return along with the date of purchase.  Always send back items recorded delivery for your security.
